Estee’s Note: Bonnie states some very powerful physical reactions she experienced during the session. All support and guidance is provided on a spiritual and energetic level, not physical, but the effects are often felt physically. The only physical contact was a light touch to the back of Bonnie’s neck, and at times an encouraging, supportive hand on her shoulder. It’s amazing the changes we will create when given a little support and guidance, and Bonnie was certainly ready to bring herself back to her highly focused, action oriented perspective.
